Qualified members of the media are encouraged to register for a complimentary press pass to RSA Conference 2020 in San Francisco. In the interest of maintaining a neutral and productive press working environment, every press pass application will be evaluated independently from years’ past.
If you have plans to record audio or video on-site, prior approval, coordination and understanding of Moscone and RSAC filming guidelines is required to make sure your on-site experience is as smooth as possible. Please reach out to Kate Ormonde at rsaconf@shiftcomm.com for detailed filming information and assistance with your request.
The press working room will be in Moscone South, Level 2 for RSA Conference 2020. Stay tuned for additional updates and wayfinding information as Conference week approaches. For specific questions, reach out to rsaconf@shiftcomm.com.
Please Note: Financial analysts, regardless of editorial assignments, will not be given press passes to RSAC 2020. Financial reporters will not be given press passes to RSAC 2020 unless appropriate editorial assignment is issued. Those who write for a vendor-neutral site may be considered for press passes; however, writers, including bloggers, who plan to attend on behalf of a vendor will not be granted a press pass for RSAC 2020. All freelance writers must be able to provide editorial assignment from a reputable editor at an appropriate publication. Those with sales, social media, marketing or account management roles will not be considered for press credentials, even if considered in the past.
You will be notified via email if your application is accepted, rejected or if additional information is required. If you have any questions, please contact Emily Adams at rsaconf@shiftcomm.com.
