Cybersecurity job descriptions are often overstuffed with technical jargon, laundry lists of certifications, little regard for soft skills and experience requirements that aren’t commensurate with the level of the position. Over the course of this session, we will discuss what’s important to us in a cybersecurity hire and start to write the job descriptions that we want to see.
