Russell Eubanks serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. He is responsible for developing and executing the information technology and information security strategies. Eubanks has developed information security programs from the ground up and actively seeks opportunities to measurably increase their overall security posture. Eubanks is a Certified Instructor with the SANS Institute, a Handler with the SANS Internet Storm Center, serves on the Editorial Panel for the Critical Security Controls and maintains securityeverafter.com. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
