Roman Walch is currently a first-year Ph.D. student in the cryptography group of the Institute of Applied Information Processing and Communications (IAIK) at Graz University of Technology. Prior to this, he completed his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in computer engineering at TU Graz, with a focus on IT security. His research interests include post-quantum cryptography (PICNIC) and privacy-preserving cryptography, like secure multiparty computation (MPC), fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) and their applications.
