Daniel Dobrygowski

Head of Governance and Policy, World Economic Forum

Daniel Dobrygowski is Head of Governance and Policy for the World Economic Forum’s Global Centre for Cybersecurity. He previously practiced law in SF and DC, counselling clients on antitrust/competition, consumer protection and privacy matters in regulatory proceedings, investigations and litigation. His expertise and areas of research include cybersecurity and resilience, privacy, competition regulation, intellectual property, internet rights and corporate governance. Dobrygowski holds an MPA from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, a JD from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall) where he was an Editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, and a BA from the Johns Hopkins University. He began his career teaching high school English with Teach for America.
