As the Head of Customer Insights and Analytics at Cisco Cloud Security, Ayse Kaya Firat is responsible for identifying key customer and data insights that inform and shape strategic planning from identification of new market opportunities to product expansion. Prior to this role, she was the Director of Customer Success at Cloudlock. Kaya Firat has a proven track record of mining and turning data into insights through rigorous analysis and creative storytelling. Some of her work has been featured in media outlets such as the Washington Times and the Wall Street Journal. She holds an SM degree from MIT’s Engineering Systems Division, and completed research at MIT Sloan School of Management. She also has an M.Eng degree from Texas A&M and a bachelor’s degree from Bogazici University.
