Frank J. Cilluffo is the director of Auburn University’s McCrary Institute for Cyber and Critical Infrastructure Security. He is a member of the CSC and DHS Advisory Council, and routinely advises senior officials on national and homeland security strategy and policy. Cilluffo briefs congressional committees and publicly testifies before Congress as a subject matter expert on policies related to cyberthreats, counterterrorism, security and deterrence, weapons proliferation, organized crime, intelligence and threat assessments, emergency management, and border and transportation security. Cilluffo works with US allies and organizations such as NATO and Europol. He has presented at a number of bilateral and multilateral summits on cybersecurity and countering terrorism.
